Aishat Ahmad being the only professional polo player from Northern Nigeria shares her story on her journey to becoming a significant figure in a male dominated game. According to Aishat, people get surprised when she tells them about how she started the game on her birthday in 2017. She remains the only lady in the club and she urges the women not to be held back from pursuing their dreams as no profession is gender-based. Aisha Ahmad Suleiman born is a Northern Nigerian female polo player, photographer and an entrepreneur. She is from Kogi state. She was born and brought up in Kaduna state, Nigeria. Aisha is one of the very few black female polo players in the world and the only female polo player from the Northern Nigeria at the moment. She plays for the Kaduna Polo Club.
