Aur jo recycler vala folder hai wo dusri drive mein hai jisme window nhi hai mtlb ki extrnl mein. Aur usme location vgera jo bhi hai C drive ka bhi dikh rha hai. 95 Gb ka recycler show ho rha hai. Kya mai isko delte kr skta hu?

I read the notes down as I don't understand indian languague. So, these are just identifiers inside not viruses inside $recycle.bin folder and why I am not allowed to open it says I need permission as now the user is zedd for example but the identifers of both folders are S-1-21-5-×××××××-××××××-1000/500 when I only changed the user once so don't know why the 1000. They have zero bytes . So, should I change the owner to the user and delete them? As they are of zero bytes, it means nothing inside to recover right? I am afraid as it doesn't look as system volkme info folder when it should
Why also all the files and folders on the same local disk have the name S-1-5-21-××××××-××××××-1000 when the user name is zedd. Would it be ok if I changed the owner to zedd as well?
Another question what does a file with Mozilla name and something inside called chrome do? As the antivirus deleted the script inside it as well and around 400 files are missing in that local disk was that a virus controlling remotely as I inserted an sd card before and found two shortcuts inside each folder in the local disk one with the name of the folder and another one with name music and those were deleted by the antivirus after we recovered the windows. However 400 files gone missing in one of the folders on that local disk and a strange folder called .jkakakkslzldldlldldlld= of size 80 bytes that wasn't there before exists. Do you think the files missing are encrypted there and what to do? Were the shortcuts a ransom ware or that mozilla firefox folder and I deleted that mozilla folder anyways after the scan. Should I delete the folders inside recycle.bin after changing owner and how to get my missing files if they were infected.
